What’s Covered?

COOLFLASK products are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship at the time of purchase. We will repair or replace any defective product at our discretion for the product’s lifetime.

  • Broken Lids: If your lid breaks, leaks, or doesn’t thread smoothly or completely, and it was marketed as leak-proof, you may initiate a claim for a replacement.
  • Insulation Issues: Our vacuum-insulated stainless-steel vessels are guaranteed to retain their insulating properties. If the insulation fails (e.g., the bottle’s exterior reflects the internal temperature), we’ll replace it.
  • Shipping Damage: If your product arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately to arrange a replacement.
  • Missing Parts: If any accessories or components (e.g., lids, straws) are missing upon arrival, we’ll promptly send you the missing items.
